Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop complex Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality applications
Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud software
Ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency
Make complex modifications to existing Salesforce software to fit specialized needs and configurations
Establish and communicate common goals and direction for the development team
Act as a source of direction, training, and guidance for development staff
Plan, conduct, and supervise assignments, stories, and tasks via Jira for all Salesforce support and development
Review progress and evaluate results to include code reviews, build readiness, and deployment activities
Recommend changes in procedures
Review progress with management

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
6-8 years relevant work experience preferred with Salesforce
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Git, and SFDX
Expertise in a variety of languages, tools, and utilities
Solid knowledge of at least one DBMS
Strong computer skills within stated area of engineering expertise
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
Basic analytical and conceptual skills used to define technical needs and solve technical problems

Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications for Administrator and Developer
Ability to work in a fast-paced variable environment
Ability to learn new systems, concepts, and procedures
Demonstrated ability to work in geographically dispersed teams
