Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement full lifecycle marketing solutions, including integrated solutions with other SFMC ecosystem technologies, cloud-based marketing solutions, integration services, and data modeling.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients by identifying key business issues, determining client needs, and developing recommendations for the client.
  • Facilitate strategic conversations with clients to define and document business and technical requirements based on prioritized use cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to clearly define and document project scope, requirements, and integration points.
  • Develop key content and assets for project workshops to ensure functional and scope priority alignment.
  • Support technical and functional testing of implemented solutions.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and capitalize on add-on sales opportunities across projects.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other SFMC ecosystem platforms.
  • Proven project management experience supporting end-to-end marketing technology projects.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing strategic role, ideally within the digital marketing space.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and various frameworks, organization structures, disciplines, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira, Confluence.
  • Desire to complete additional Salesforce certifications.
  • Functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, as well as other Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience with other marketing technologies and analytics tools.
