  • Registration and Scheduling: Coordinate patient registration, verify insurance information, and schedule appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Medical Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient demographics, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies, ordering as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter patient data into our electronic health record system.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare-related field, preferably in a registration or medical office setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and sitting.
