- Medical Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient demographics, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Supply Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies, ordering as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter patient data into our electronic health record system.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare-related field, preferably in a registration or medical office setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and sitting.
- Competitive Pay: $23.60 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education.
