  • Up to 40% overnight travel, accommodations and daily allowances provided
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
  • Standard workweek from Monday to Friday, with an average start time of 6 am
  • Work hours typically range from 8 to 10+ hours, with overtime compensation after 40 hours
  • On-call availability as required

Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties:
  • Promote a culture of safety by adhering to policies and procedures
  • Provide training and mentorship to Field Service Technicians
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines
  • Enforce compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Health & Safety regulations
  • Collaborate with coordinators to manage manpower and resources for field service and emergency response tasks
  • Oversee large-scale field service and emergency response initiatives as directed
  • Engage in physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items
  • Operate various equipment and tools, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Work in diverse environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures and potential exposure to hazardous materials
  • Conduct field sampling and assist in equipment calibration
  • Complete necessary documentation, including inspections and permits
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Participate in on-call emergency response rotations
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Experience in physically demanding roles
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
  • Willingness to travel and be on-call for emergencies
  • Ability to meet physical job requirements
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug tests
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience operating heavy machinery
  • Background in environmental or industrial services
  • Commercial Driver's License
