Job Title: Security Site Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Site Supervisor to join our team at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising security officers, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers to ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises.
  • Conduct regular security rounds to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Develop and implement security protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to their security concerns and needs.
  • Collaborate with other security teams to ensure seamless security operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory security experience.
  • 5 years of overall security experience, with high-rise experience required.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in report writing.
  • Ability to work with alarms, cameras, and access control systems.
  • Knowledge of property access control and elevator entrapments is a must.
  • Must be able to walk for extended periods during security rounds.
  • High customer service skills.
  • Experience supervising contract security officers required.

  • Maintaining composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.
  • May be exposed to stressful situations, such as challenging individuals who are in or approaching an unauthorized area.
