We are in search of a detail-oriented and imaginative Event Coordination Specialist to support our operations. This role involves the planning, organization, and execution of diverse events aimed at enhancing our brand presence and engaging our target market.

Compensation: $31.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Strategize and coordinate various events, such as trade exhibitions, conferences, product unveilings, corporate gatherings, and social functions.
  • Budget Oversight: Formulate and manage event budgets, ensuring financial adherence throughout the planning process.
  • Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with service providers, including venues, catering services, decorators, and entertainment options.
  • Logistical Coordination: Supervise all logistical aspects of events, encompassing transportation, accommodations, and on-site arrangements.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to effectively promote events through various platforms, including digital and traditional media.
  • On-Site Leadership: Deliver on-site management to guarantee seamless event execution, overseeing setup, event progression, and teardown.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline.
