Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in campus facilities, with a focus on sustainability and customer service.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute cleaning and setup plans for incoming and outgoing groups and visitors.
  • Provide guidance and training to hourly staff.
  • Assist with repairs and maintenance of light commercial and multi-unit residential facilities.
  • Perform minor electrical and plumbing maintenance tasks.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide customer service to students, staff, and guests.
Requirements
  • One year of custodial experience appropriate to the work assignment.
  • Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one by the position start date.
  • General custodial and maintenance experience in a school district, commercial campus, or similar environment.
  • Experience working with a team and providing customer service.
