$35,000 - $45,000 per year

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be responsible for responding to customer calls and other contacts in accordance with policies and procedures and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls and other contacts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Categorize calls and other contacts received in one of the categories provided.
  • Record any abusive or extraordinary calls.
  • Assist with other duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A degree or certificate in a related field preferred.
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Computer experience and typing proficiency required.
