Customer Service Liaison

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Categorize and record customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certificate in a related field is preferred.
- At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment, preferably with smiONE Card processing knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products and data entry software.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Familiarity with modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.
Working Conditions: This is an in-office position requiring full-time attendance. You will have access to a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid holidays and flexible spending options. Our salary range is between $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location.
