Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant culinary experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in diverse food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, and corporate dining.
- Strong knowledge of culinary trends, food safety, sanitation, and cost control measures.
- Proficient leadership, training, and coaching abilities.
- ServSafe or Department of Health Certification.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- An Associate's degree in Culinary Arts is preferred.
