Job Overview

Three Point Solution is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to join our team as a Site EHS Manager. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, as well as maintaining compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement EHS Programs
    • Design and implement effective EHS programs to prevent injuries, illnesses, and environmental incidents.
    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Lead EHS Training and Awareness
    • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Conduct regular safety meetings and provide updates on EHS initiatives and progress.
  • Investigate and Resolve EHS Incidents
    • Conduct thorough investigations of EHS incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with management and employees to resolve EHS incidents and prevent future occurrences.
  • Manage EHS Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant EHS regulations, laws, and company policies.
    • Prepare and submit EHS reports and documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with operations, quality, and human resources teams to ensure EHS is integrated into all aspects of the business.
    • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure EHS compliance and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as occupational safety and health, industrial hygiene, or environmental science.
    • Advanced certification or specialized safety education is a plus.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in EHS, with a strong focus on safety.
    • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a safety professional.
    • Experience in aerospace is a plus.
  • Skills
    • Strong technical and regulatory expertise in EHS.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to influence and motivate employees to adopt EHS best practices.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
