Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior EHS Manager to implement safety compliance initiatives at the designated facility, including Lockout/Tagout, Respiratory Protection, and Fall Protection programs.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments related to job functions (Job Hazard Analysis).
  • Oversee and manage the Arsenic Program.
  • Coordinate and manage the Emergency Response Team.
  • Assist in the execution of internal EHS audits.
  • Maintain necessary training and competencies to perform the outlined tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related physical science, or equivalent experience in EHS compliance within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Candidates should have experience interacting with regulatory bodies during inspections and permit processes, along with a foundational understanding of environmental and safety regulations relevant to manufacturing.

Familiarity with OSHA regulations (Standards 29 CFR1910 and 29 CFR1926) and practical experience in conducting accident and injury investigations, including root cause analysis, is essential.

Salary Range: This is an on-site position with an annual salary range from $65,000 to $75,000, commensurate with education and experience.
