Position Title: Site EHS Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a similar discipline.
  • Proven experience in establishing and sustaining EHS management frameworks.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading incident investigations and conducting root cause analyses.
  • Comprehensive understanding of EHS legal obligations and compliance regulations.
  • Expertise in EHS software for compliance tracking and reporting.
  • Experience in managing environmental initiatives and regulatory submissions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Prior experience overseeing EHS consultants is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce adherence to the Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Management System.
  • Facilitate training programs and create educational materials.
  • Conduct investigations into incidents and manage corrective measures.
  • Ensure compliance with regional EHS laws.
  • Promote the adoption of corporate EHS software solutions.
  • Support medical and industrial hygiene initiatives.
  • Oversee environmental programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
