As a Scheduling and Pre-Registration Representative, you will play a vital role in the pre-access process, ensuring a seamless experience for patients prior to their appointments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting patient interviews via phone to gather essential demographic, insurance, and medical information.
- Utilizing estimation tools to provide patients with clear cost estimates for upcoming services.
