Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Service BDC Representative to manage inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and chat inquiries from customers related to scheduling service appointments and answering service questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat inquiries from customers related to scheduling service appointments and answering service questions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service experience by following a customer-first approach.
  • Ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled promptly, accurately, and professionally.
  • Updating and maintaining customer records and ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Promoting service specials and programs to customers.
  • Following up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their service experience.
  • Collaborating with the service department to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and accurately.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, email, and chat platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
