About the Position: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Success Business Partner to join our team at Anaplan, where you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing health of our Financial and Business Services customers and their Anaplan solutions. As a key member of our Client Success Leadership, you will work closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams to co-create and execute customer account strategies that drive high-impact business outcomes.

In this role, you will proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and further expansion within existing accounts, leveraging your expertise in client success and account management to maximize ROI. You will also guide customers in aligning Anaplan capabilities with their key business goals, enabling a data-driven approach to planning and forecasting that demonstrates the value of Anaplan in facilitating business agility and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have experience in client success and account management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction. A background in financial services is a plus, as well as experience with planning, forecasting, and/or modeling. The salary for this role is approximately $140,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
