Job Summary

iLearn Wellness Group is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with referral sources, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic referral account management plans to align with the facility's marketing goals.
  • Maintain consistent contact with potential referral sources, building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Utilize a customer-oriented selling process in daily account management activities.
  • Support and emulate high customer service standards, both internally and externally.
  • Participate in clinical orientation to stay updated on service changes.
  • Attend facility marketing/referral development meetings and support public relations campaigns.
  • Attend relevant community events and conferences.
  • Provide facility management with up-to-date information about market changes and competition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Counseling, or related field.
  • Licensure and Certification: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, MSW preferred but not required; reliable transportation required.
  • Minimum of three years in healthcare marketing or sales.
