Director, Learning and Development

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our learning and development initiatives. As the Director, Learning and Development, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that drive business results and support the growth of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies that align with business objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs for various audiences, including leadership development, technical skills, and soft skills
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning content
  • Measure the impact of training programs and make data-driven decisions to improve their effectiveness
  • Lead a team of learning professionals to ensure the successful execution of learning initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on adult learning and training
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $105,000 - $115,000
