Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Consultant to support the development of a new technology platform for the Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA). The successful candidate will work closely with the project team to assess current systems and processes, develop requirements, process flows, user stories, and wireframes for the future platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with clients to understand complex business requirements
  • Create functional requirements and designs for customizations
  • Document existing process flows and develop future process flows
  • Develop wireframes and user stories
  • Assist in developing test scenarios and cases
  • Participate and support rollout and training activities
  • Review developer-proposed implementation and identify efficient designs
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels of personnel
  • Strong client-service orientation and focus
  • Thorough attention to detail and a strong desire to deliver high-quality solutions
