Job Summary

As a Senior Business Process Consultant with AHU Technologies Inc, you will play a key role in driving business process reengineering and improvement initiatives. This exciting opportunity requires a seasoned professional with expertise in stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, process analysis, and business process mapping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with program teams to ensure alignment between business goals and system functionalities.
  • Document technical and functional requirements that align with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate existing business processes, gather and analyze data, and recommend improvements that drive efficiency and reduce operational risks.
  • Develop detailed workflow charts, diagrams, and process documentation to visualize business operations and identify areas for re-engineering.
  • Work closely with IT and Data Teams to visualize business architecture and implement data-driven organization.
  • Analyze operational data, create reports, and identify trends that inform decision-making.
  • Assist in validating new processes and systems through testing and user acceptance reviews.
  • Develop and design customer outreach programs that promote organizational goals and increase customer engagement.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related technical or quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst, or similar role experience preferably in a government or regulatory environment.
  • Technical skills: Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots), SQL, process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Miro), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Seaborn).
  • Soft skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience with tools like Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
  • 10+ years of experience in soliciting team reporting needs, validating new processes and systems through testing, and developing customer outreach programs.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, extract insights, and analyze business architecture.
