Job Title: Business Process Consultant

Collaboredge Inc is seeking a seasoned Business Process Consultant to support business reporting and data needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical problems and solutions, as well as the ability to think deeply about data and information needed to support growth, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes and re-engineer them to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop scalable solutions for business reporting and data needs
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to analyze business architecture and implement data within the organization
  • Consult on the analysis of applications, troubleshoot system problems, and recommend solutions
  • Assist in developing and designing customer outreach programs that promote client goals and increase customer engagement
Requirements:
  • 15 years of experience in business process re-engineering
  • 11 years of experience in navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
  • 11 years of experience in business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems
  • 10 years of experience in writing detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify programs
  • 10 years of experience in using tools like Tableau, SQL, and Excel to analyze operational data, create reports, and identify trends that inform decision-making
