As a Service Engineer, you will deliver on-site technical support, including preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across various product lines within the Central US Region.
The compensation for this role is competitive, with an hourly rate of $43.00, contingent upon your technical and service expertise in the analytical instrumentation sector.
In addition to the base salary, the compensation package includes bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, a monthly vehicle allowance, profit-sharing bonuses, and a significant anniversary bonus every five years.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of instruments at client locations within the designated region.
Oversee inventory management, trip planning, and administrative duties related to service operations.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining sophisticated analytical instruments.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in working with electronic schematics, testing equipment, and repair tools.
An Associate's degree in engineering or chemistry is required.
A valid driver's license and passport are necessary.
