Job Title: Human Resources Manager

At Virtual, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management systems to ensure employee performance aligns with company goals, providing coaching and support to managers and employees as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changing laws and regulations.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness, providing guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Employee Engagement: Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve processes, leading initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and oversee employee training and development programs, ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and cost-effective, providing guidance to managers and employees on benefits and compensation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a human resources role, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.
