Job Summary

StreamLabs, a Chubb company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with clients and contractors, matching products to their needs and helping them coordinate system installations through our preferred installer network.

Main Responsibilities

  • Counsel current and potential clients on water leak detection solutions and coordinate the installation of purchased equipment to predict and prevent losses.
  • Navigate multiple systems / applications to research and resolve customer inquiries and help them get the most out of their products, documenting interactions and following up as needed.
  • Work effectively in a team environment using professional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comply with corporate policies and internal business processes / procedures while meeting/exceeding service performance and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven organization skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Experience handling multiple priorities within established time constraints
