We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Leader to join our team at Nationwide Children's Hospital. Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including patient care, record-keeping, budgeting, and personnel issues.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a culture of safety and quality.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on clinical competencies, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Current Ohio RN license required.
- Three years of pediatric clinical experience or equivalent combination of education/experience required.
