RN Clinical Nurse Leader, Observation Unit, Nights, Doctors Hospital

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Leader to join our Observation Unit team at Doctors Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will provide leadership and coordination of programs, services, and processes within the responsible area, ensuring quality, service, and satisfaction, as well as continuum and process improvement, efficient utilization of resources, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and coordination of programs, services, and processes within the Observation Unit.
- Ensure quality, service, and satisfaction, as well as continuum and process improvement, efficient utilization of resources, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a related field.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
Work Environment:
The Observation Unit is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and leadership skills. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will work closely with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care and achieve departmental goals and objectives.
