Clinical Nursing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Leader to join our team at Nationwide Children's Hospital. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff and activities in our Psychiatric Crisis Department, ensuring high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage nursing staff and activities, including patient care, record-keeping, budgeting, and personnel issues.
- Practice professional nursing and promote patient advocacy in accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and emergency response preparedness.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and participate in data collection and auditing.
- BSN degree required.
- Three years of pediatric clinical experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Current Ohio Nursing License and CPR certification required.
