Key Responsibilities

As a General Manager at Jamba Juice, you will be responsible for managing the Profit and Loss statements, overseeing store-level sales, and controlling financial aspects such as staffing and inventory costs. You will ensure operational excellence while demonstrating outstanding leadership. Additional responsibilities include:

· Utilizing financial tools to analyze reports and address performance trends

· Meeting productivity, sales, and budget targets

· Assessing business practices to identify customer and team member needs, creating strategies for performance improvement

· Training, coaching, and guiding team members and shift managers

· Leading your team to uphold Jamba standards for exceptional customer experiences

· Recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance while providing constructive feedback

· Maintaining current knowledge of the store's trade area and community

· Building positive relationships within the community through effective marketing and sponsorship

· Ensuring compliance with food safety, cash handling, and operational policies

Qualifications:

To excel as a General Manager at Jamba Juice, you should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with hands-on employee management capabilities. The ideal candidate is a passionate ambassador for the Jamba health and wellness brand, committed to community engagement and personal growth. You should be able to influence store direction, initiate community outreach, and drive customer satisfaction metrics.

Additional qualifications include:

· Minimum age of 21

· High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or certification in restaurant management or hospitality preferred

· At least one year of management experience, including Profit and Loss oversight

· Availability to work 45 hours per week, including evenings and weekends

· Strong leadership skills to foster a positive work environment

· Ability to manage and adapt to workplace changes

· Proficient in Profit and Loss management

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems

· Capability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly

· Willingness to work in coolers and freezers occasionally

· Ability to pass a background check

· Experience in restaurant management, food service, outside sales, or outdoor recreation retail is preferred

· Bilingual skills are a plus

· Reliable transportation, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are essential.

· Openness to coaching, learning the brand, and applying knowledge consistently.

· Adherence to all safety and sanitation standards is required.
