What does it mean to be an Automotive Service Technician at Serra?

As an Automotive Service Technician, you will collaborate closely with the Service Team to perform tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, coolant system flushes, and more in a fast-paced setting. What qualifications and opportunities are available?
  • EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • No prior experience required.
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with technicians and customers.
  • Additional training and coaching will be provided by Serra staff.
  • Effective communication skills are essential.
  • Basic computer skills are advantageous.
  • Attention to detail is highly valued.
  • CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must hold a valid Driver's License that meets company insurance standards. If you have any concerns regarding your driving history, we encourage open discussion.

  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS*
- Extended periods of standing and bending are necessary for vehicle repairs and inspections.
