About the Job
">We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote optimal communication and swallowing function.
Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of communication skills and/or swallowing function to identify areas of strength and weakness.">
- Develop and implement goal-oriented treatment plans to facilitate maximum communication and/or swallowing potential.">
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and achieve desired patient outcomes.">
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.">
Qualifications
">To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)-accredited program and hold a valid state license. Additionally, you should possess at least two years of experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in a rehabilitation setting.

">The estimated salary for this role is $83,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
