Travel Speech Therapist for SNF

We are seeking an experienced Travel Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team in a 13-week contract assignment at a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) center in Washington Township, Ohio.
About the JobThis position offers a unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective speech therapy interventions for patients. As a Travel Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, creating individualized plans of care, and providing skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' communication and swallowing skills to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement customized speech therapy plans to address patient goals
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Maintain accurate records and reports on patient progress
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Active CPR certification
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in speech-language pathology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)
