Seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Synergy Sales Recruiting of LA, LLC. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling the latest technology in the detection of breast cancer and a device used in surgery to control bleeding to top surgeons in the San Diego area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling surgical devices to breast surgeons, cardiac surgeons, vascular surgeons, and general surgeons in the operating room
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the San Diego area
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the region
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in surgical device sales to general, vascular, breast, or cardiac surgeons
- College degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary of $100,000
- Total compensation package of $200,000 to $220,000
- 10,000 shares of stock granted upon hire
Location:
The territory will include the state of San Diego and most of southern California, excluding the Orange County area.
