Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales representative and estimator to join our team at Brothers That Just Do Gutters - Sioux Falls. As a sales and estimating professional, you will be responsible for selling our services to the public, generating quality products for clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and field personnel to develop methods and systems that drive business growth.
  • Set and achieve sales volumes, closing rates, and gross profits goals.
  • Maintain a professional reputation by communicating with clients in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Assure that all necessary information pertaining to jobs is communicated to crew leaders as necessary.
  • Communicate with all employees in a positive and respectful manner.
Sales and Estimating Responsibilities:
  • Attend estimates on time, call clients prior to arriving at estimate, submit estimates, and return calls in a timely manner while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.
  • Price new opportunities while meeting with the client at current production rates.
  • Provide product differentiation and solutions to clients throughout the selling process.
  • Effectively sell the company's services to clients in a competitive atmosphere by understanding their needs and selling to satisfy those needs.
Team Player Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate positive leadership through all actions with all employees.
  • Attend all meetings on time and participate.
  • Work the necessary hours per week and perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely manner.
Business Development:
  • Proactive lead generation through networking groups, referrals, cold outreach to contractors, and other channels.
  • Assist the owner with campaigns to drive awareness via email, phone, or cold drop by.
