Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
* Two years of tutorial/teaching experience in the appropriate subject area in an educational setting, including one year of full-time professional work experience as an FSW Instructional Associate II.
* An earned College Reading Learning Association or Association of Coaching and Tutoring Profession Associate Tutor Certification.
* One year of full-time professional work experience as an FSW Instructional Associate II.
