Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description
At Daily Services LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the production of high-quality products that meet our clients' specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify that client products are safe and of high quality.
- Ensure employees follow all plant Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Conduct hourly line inspections to verify product specifications are being met.
- Complete daily paperwork as required.
- Communicate with the Quality Director, Food Safety Manager, and QA Supervisor on the status of the line and any product out of specification.
- Communicate with line operators and supervisors on the quality of products being run.
- Perform scale and probe calibrations daily.
- Perform laboratory work as required for each product.
- Pull micro samples according to customer specifications.
- Conduct shipping and receiving inspections and releases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to train others.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Good communication skills, with bilingualism a plus.
- Great organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good attendance.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in variable room temperatures (10 F - 100 F).
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
