Logistics Process Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Process Innovation Specialist to lead and drive transformative improvements in our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current logistics processes and identify inefficiencies to recommend innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Lead initiatives focused on driving continuous improvements across warehousing, transportation, and supply chain processes.
  • Leverage emerging technologies to implement digital solutions that improve operational visibility and decision-making.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of process innovation projects, including scoping, design, execution, and post-implementation assessment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align process improvements with business goals.
  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of process innovations and ensure sustainable improvements.
  • Lead and support the implementation of new processes, ensuring teams are trained and that changes are smoothly integrated into day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • OO+ years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or logistics innovation, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools and data analytics platforms. Familiarity with logistics management systems is an advantage.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with a strong focus on delivering measurable results. PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving change and introducing innovative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to lead and influence teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
