Job Summary

Arya Civil, LLC is seeking a skilled Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets, for our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting transactions, including A/P, A/R, and payroll.
  • Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of all bank accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks and Procore.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.
  • Assist with tax preparation and audits.
  • Collaborate with project managers to track job costs and profitability.
  • Analyze financial data to support business decisions.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Procore is a must.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
