Extended Stay Sector Hotel Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Regional Hotel Sales Director to join our team in the extended stay sector.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to $80,000 per year, plus 20% bonus potential, resulting in a total compensation package of up to $94,000 annually.
In addition to a generous salary, we offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and holiday/sick leave.
Key Responsibilities- Lead sales efforts to drive revenue growth across multiple properties.
- Analyze market data to understand competitive positioning and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a sales database to track leads, pricing strategies, and progress.
- Collaborate with General Managers to create and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in the extended-stay hotel sector is strongly preferred.
- Hospitality experience is essential, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving market share.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a strategic mindset and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, with regular visits to multiple locations.
