Job Title: Project Management Specialist - Hospitality Sector

A top construction firm in Charlotte, NC is seeking a skilled Project Management Specialist to join their team for a large hotel/casino development project. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in commercial construction, with expertise in cost estimating, scheduling, and risk management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the project controls plan, monitoring project costs, and preparing project forecasts. They will also analyze and manage project risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage project documentation. Additionally, they will generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders and collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure project alignment with relevant plans.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Project Controls professional in commercial construction
  • Experience working on large-scale, complex projects (hospitality sector a plus)

Salary: $145,000 - $155,000 per year + excellent benefits and per diem
