Job Description/Responsibilities

The Processing Technician is responsible for blending, batching, filtering, transferring, final proofing, calculating inventory tank readings, and preparation of all products to meet the bottling schedule using approved formulas and company specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and control the quality of products throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency.

Requirements
MUST
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

PREFERRED
  • Experience with processing/batching activities.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation
Min USD $21.11/Hr.
Max USD $22.94/Hr.
