Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel.
  • Establish and maintain a schedule of values using Excel (AIA –G702/G703).
  • Prepare monthly progress and retention billings for owners, including approved change orders.
  • Gather conditional and unconditional waivers for submission with owner billings.
  • Conduct follow-ups on owner payments for collections.
  • Record cash receipts accurately.
  • Perform budget revisions and generate weekly job cost reports.
  • Create payment requests and releases for subcontractors, ensuring proper routing for project manager approval.
  • Track all 20-day preliminary notices diligently.
  • Execute weekly check runs for overhead invoices.
  • Process payments for subcontractors, including joint checks for suppliers.
  • Handle vouchers in coordination with Fund Control.
  • Collect unconditional finals upon project completion.

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with AIA Construction Billing forms (AIA –G702/G703).
  • Understanding of the Schedule of Values.
  • Experience with Progress Billings.
  • Knowledge of 20-day preliminary notices.
  • Competence in Mechanic's Lien Releases.
  • Experience with Sage 300/Timberline is advantageous.
