Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying cost-saving opportunities, developing negotiation strategies, and managing vendor relationships.

  • Develop and implement procurement plans to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to identify key materials and negotiate with vendors to reduce total cost of ownership.
  • Structure and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage vendor master files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Purchase orders: Determine vendor suitability and identify opportunities for new vendors and competitive pricing.
  • Contracts: Identify services and vendors eligible for contracts, negotiate agreements, and work with the legal department.
  • Manage vendor master service agreements, service orders, and change orders.
  • Handle ERP issues, work with support teams to resolve problems, and train end-users on requisition processing.
