Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registrar Administrator to join our team at Complete Staffing Inc. As a key member of our healthcare facility, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of patient registration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient registration and medical records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and minimize delays.
Requirements:
- Minimum six months to one year of recent medical secretary/patient registration experience.
- EPIC experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:
This role requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, including 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Occasional weekend work may be required, with a maximum of 2 Saturdays per month.
Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is $23/hour.
