We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at OnPath Credit Union. As a Financial Services Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional member experiences and providing personalized financial solutions to our valued members.
Key Responsibilities- Member Engagement: Build strong relationships with members, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including deposit and loan accounts, online banking, and mobile banking.
- Problem Resolution: Effectively resolve member issues, escalate complex problems, and follow established procedures to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships and promote relevant products and services.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate clearly and professionally with members, colleagues, and leadership, and work collaboratively to achieve team goals.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills, and stay current on industry trends and best practices.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Experience: Previous sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in selling and cross-selling products and services.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.
