APP Supervisor Opportunity

UPMC Central PA is seeking a skilled APP Supervisor to lead our Emergency Observation group in Harrisburg, PA. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our community.

About the Role:

This leadership position will focus on promoting growth and development of the APP workforce in Central PA, as well as programmatic and operational development. You will work closely with the Medical Director of Emergency Department Observation for Central PA, Program Manager APP for Emergency Services, and local APP Leads for the Central PA region to drive programmatic development and excellence in care delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote growth and development of the APP workforce in Central PA
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive programmatic development and excellence in care delivery
  • Provide leadership and guidance to APPs in the Emergency Observation group
  • Ensure alignment and support from UPMC APP Community

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an APP
  • 3 years of experience in the Business Unit preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
