Job Summary

As a Geek Squad Installation Helper, you will be responsible for delivering and installing technology products at clients' homes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and install technology products at clients' homes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Collaborate with store teams to provide feedback and training

Requirements

  • Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have a current, valid driver's license
  • Must have no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past three years
  • Must have no DUI/DWI or reckless driving violations in the past three years
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and up to 150 pounds with help

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months of consumer electronics experience (sales, operations, or technology services)
