Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Installation Specialist to join our team at TEL Staffing. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing aircraft structure parts and system components, ensuring high-quality and efficient installations that meet all specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, install, and adjust aircraft structure parts and system components.
  • Rig control cables, sectors, linkages, control surfaces, landing gear, and doors.
  • Remove and replace linkage, sectors, components, cut and fit system lines and associated hardware.
  • Install systems lines, valves, ducts, and associated parts and hardware.
  • Use a variety of tools and equipment to successfully complete component installations and perform minor structure installation.
  • Update and sign required logs and records.
  • Check own work to ensure a defect-free installation prior to final inspection.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area and support the company FOD and 5S programs.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year aerospace/aviation experience or equivalent mechanical experience.
  • A&P license may offset the one year of experience required.
