Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Installation Specialist to join our team at TEL Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing parts and components, lines, cables, etc. in a team-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Assembly: Assemble, install, and adjust aircraft structure parts and system components, including control cables, sectors, linkages, control surfaces, landing gear, and doors.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Remove and replace linkage, sectors, components, cut and fit system lines and associated hardware necessary to facilitate and perform basic repairs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all installations meet requirements, perform necessary rework to ensure installations meet conformity, and maintain a neat and orderly work area.
  • System Installation: Install systems lines, valves, ducts, and associated parts and hardware, working to ensure a leak-free system.
  • Tool Operation: Use a variety of tools and equipment, including permaswage pumps, dies, line cutting tools, wrenches, checking tools, witness gauges, etc.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 1 year aerospace/aviation experience or equivalent mechanical experience, such as auto mechanics or heavy equipment.
  • Licenses: A&P license may offset the one year of experience required.
