Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front office support, including appointment scheduling, data entry, billing, and supply management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently
  • Process billing and insurance claims
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience in an office or administrative setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
