About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Analyst to join our team at RELEX Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving technical issues related to our supply chain and retail planning software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to our software applications and hosted Windows Server infrastructure.
  • Handle escalations from our first-line support team and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain integrations between our software and customer backend systems.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Improve service phase work within and across teams to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Some experience in programming/database/query languages and tool skills (SQL Server, SSIS, PowerShell, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages and tools skills).
  • Technical troubleshooting experience and ability to read and understand code.
  • Experience in understanding, defining, and documenting customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Experience in Windows Server environments and working with external customers.
  • Understanding of how support services function and fluent English skills.
