We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Analyst to join our team at RELEX Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving technical issues related to our supply chain and retail planning software.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to our software applications and hosted Windows Server infrastructure.
- Handle escalations from our first-line support team and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain integrations between our software and customer backend systems.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Improve service phase work within and across teams to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Some experience in programming/database/query languages and tool skills (SQL Server, SSIS, PowerShell, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages and tools skills).
- Technical troubleshooting experience and ability to read and understand code.
- Experience in understanding, defining, and documenting customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Experience in Windows Server environments and working with external customers.
- Understanding of how support services function and fluent English skills.
